Salmon Patties


  • 1 can pink salmon (save 2 tablespoons of juice)
  • 1 egg
  • ⅓ cup onion
  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder


  1. drain salmon, set aside juice for later
  2. In a medium bowl, mix salmon, egg, and onion until stick then stir in the flour.
  3. In a separate bowl mix baking powder and 2 Tablespoons of juice saved from earlier and mix well.
  4. pour juice mixture into salmon mixture and mix thoroughly
  5. form into patties and fry using oil.
